Participating societies benefit from numerous advantages:

  1. Your activities are listed in the calendar of events
  2. Your individual members may automatically become individual members of ESNM
  3. Your selected topics or announcements are published in the ESNM newsletter
  4. You are eligible to host and/or co-organise ESNM events
  5. Your are eligible to apply for ESNM´s endorsement of your educational activities
  6. Your are eligible to use the ESNM logo on your website and respective printed matters
  7. You have the possibility to appoint a representative for the ESNM Steering Committee

Our Expectations

Our excellently established and networked society requires the following:

  • You annually forward your membership list including Name and Email Addresses to the ESNM Office
  • You pay a fee in the amount of EUR 1.500 per year to allow your individual members to  become ESNM members
  • You distribute ESNM promotion material on the occasion of your activities (costs for shipment to be paid by ESNM)

How to apply

The European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility welcomes National Societies and Interest Groups dedicated to Neurogastroenterology to become members of ESNM. To become a Society Member of ESNM, please download the application form and send it to the ESNM Office in Vienna via Email.

Applications are submitted to the ESNM Steering Committee and the ESNM General Assembly for approval. Prior to a positive approval we would like to see some evidence on how your national society contributes and developes the field of neurogastroenterology and motility on a national level. Please be aware that each society is requested to pay EUR 1.500 affiliation fee per calendar year.
