Esophageal HRM seminar & hands on course by the Israeli Neurogastroenterology and Motility Group

On March 14, 2023 the Israeli Neurogastroenterology and Motility Group had its first Esophageal HRM seminar day and hands on course dedicated for physicians that perform or interpret HRM tests. The scientific programme was very rich and included six outstanding lectures from excellent local speakers that covered topics from esophageal physiology to motility disorders with a special focus on Chicago IV classification. Moreover, all participants discussed several practical and technical issues related to HRM performance, analysis and reporting in order to reach a national consensus. In the second half of the day all participants were splitted into 6 groups and performed hand on analysis and reporting of 5 HRM cases. The day was very successful with full capacity attendance.
